Shipping + delivery

We ship within the Netherlands, to Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. All orders are shipped through PostNL. Delivery time (3-7 days) is estimated. Guave is not responsible for delayed shipments and/or loss or damage related to shipping

Exchanges

Garments can be exchanged within 14 days after purchase. For exchanges, we stick to the same standard as return shipments: garments need to be unworn and in sellable state. 

When we receive items that are in unsellable conditions, we cannot provide exchanges. Reimbursement also is not possible in that case. You will be reimbursed for potential differences in prices among two items, or receive an invoice. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees.

Returns

In case you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us as soon as possible.All garments can be returned to us within 14 days after purchase for reimbursement of the purchase price.  Garments need to be unworn. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees. 

 

In case of a production error, the shipping fees will be covered by Guave. Every garment needs to be shipped back in the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot do reimbursements if we do not receive the garments, please take care to ship correctly and to the right address:

The purchase price will be deposited to your account within 7 days after receiving the garment in original condition. 

Please note: the return shipment is the customer's responsibility until we receive it. Make sure to get a track&trace code of the shipment. 

Aanpassingen en servicebeleid  

We can adjust the garment you bought from us within one month after purchase. In most cases, adjustment is free, with some exceptions (depending on the scope of the adjustment). The customer is responsible for any shipping fees. When you choose to get the item adjusted by a third party, Guave is not responsible for the costs.
